The police of New York received a case recently, a 8 years old boy named Billy Clay was lost in the way return to home. That was his first time to be allowed walk to home alone, however his parents didn’t see him until now.

The next day, police found the lost boy, but he was murdered. This case happened in the safest community, it shocked many parents.

The Billys lived in a denomination community of Brooklyn, that place was named as the safest community.

Billy was nearly 9 years old. For proving his was grow up, he bagged for parents to walk home alone after finishing the summer camp. Billy’s parents was worried about him, but they also want to encourage him. As a result, they agreed Billy walk for a short way ,then his mother wait for him on a corner of a street. They said to Billy again and again “When you count the 7th block, you are arrive there.”

On the afternoon of that day, Billy’s mother didn’t see Billy, on the night, they called police.

As the deduction of police chef, Billy was lost that day ,and then he asked directions for the man named Arlen, then they went to the car together. Arlen was suspect killing Billy.

Then the police found Arlen and asked him where is Billy, Arlen pointed the garbage bag. Arlen admitted he killed Billy. “People are looking for this boy, I am so scared, so I killed him.” Arlen was arrest by police.
